This policy covers the stayalign.ai website and the Align waitlist, operated by Align LLC ("we", "us"). The Align app has its own privacy practices, summarized below.
What we collect on this site
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist, along with the time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and which options you chose (beta testing, launch updates).
- Basic technical logs handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to serve the site securely, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use them to identify you.
This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics.
How we use your email
- To invite you to the Align private beta, if you asked for that.
- To notify you when Align launches.
- To send occasional, directly related updates about Align. No spam, and we never sell or rent your email to anyone.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Where it is stored
Waitlist emails are stored in our database, hosted with Supabase in the United States, and protected by access controls. We keep them until the launch of Align and related communications are complete, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email support@stayalign.ai and we will act on it promptly. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK, or California) you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
About the Align app
The app is built to be private by design. Posture detection runs entirely on your device using Apple Vision. Your camera feed is analyzed live on the phone and discarded. Video is never uploaded, never stored on a server, and never leaves your phone. The app will have its own detailed privacy policy available before release, and beta participation through Apple TestFlight is also subject to Apple's terms.
Children
This site and the waitlist are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child gave us their email, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Meaningful changes will be noted in an email to the waitlist if appropriate.
