These terms cover your use of the stayalign.ai website, the Align waitlist, and participation in the Align private beta, operated by Align LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

1. The product is pre-release

Align is under active development and is not yet generally available on the App Store. Anything described on this site may change before launch, including features, pricing, availability, and timing. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta or to the finished product, and we may invite testers in any order.

2. Beta access

Beta invitations are delivered through Apple TestFlight and are subject to Apple's own terms. Beta software is provided as is. It is unfinished by definition, so expect bugs, changes, and occasional data resets. We may add, suspend, or remove beta access at any time. Feedback you send us about the beta may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

3. Not medical advice

Align is a general wellness and posture-awareness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on this site or in the app is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, and stop any exercise that causes pain.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the waitlist: no submitting email addresses that are not yours, no automated scraping or bulk signups, and no attempts to disrupt or probe the service.

5. Intellectual property

The Align name, the site, its design, and its content belong to Align LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site and the beta are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the waitlist, or the beta. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, which for the waitlist and beta is zero.

7. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above, and material changes will be communicated to the waitlist by email when appropriate. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Align LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
